ABOUT CAREGIVERS
Our caregivers are bi-lingual, have extensive experience and good references from previous work places. Copies of these references are
always provided for Seniors Family by Polonia. None of Polonia's Caregivers
are selected via internet or phone. All Caregivers come to Polonia's office for a personal evaluation and to discuss each assignment to
the smallest detail. However, their responsibilities could change, depending on the Senior's condition. Polonia's personnel check their
personal references (their friends, family residences, etc.). All have good background checks and are free of communicable diseases
per licensed physician.

During initial Senior or Senior's Family contact with Polonia via phone or in person, Polonia establishes a plan of care for Senior
as directed by Senior's Physician and/or Family. The original plan of course could be modified as time goes by.
